PA Bot Blast

It's not my event, but there seem to be a lot of 15lb teams in the PA area,
so I figured I'd try to entice those who don't check buildersdb about the PA
Bot Blast. It's hosted by Jeremy, an alumn of Bloomsburg HS and it's a pretty
laid back event for 150g, 1lb, 3lb, and 12lb bots.

edit: it's in an 8'x8'x4' arena with plywood flooring, so the arena's a little bit tight
for the hobbyweight class, but it works fine for the other weight classes.
