I finally took pictures, everything is to scale size wise, its nice to see everything fits before you get into the expensive stuff:

Not hard at all actually
Everythings exported from CAD to our laser engraver, turn the power way up and its cuts right threw
Export to cnc lathe in the wood shop for axle and round parts
best part- you dont have to tap wood!!!!

I would love to have a wooden bot for display purposes. Although I don't know how I would make my bar. Do they make billet pieces of wood? Lol.
