Round Urethane Belt Drive Empty

The round urethane belts get the job done but they are crappy. Joining the ends properly is difficult and requires patience. I have had luck with the 1/4'' stuff myself but i have been using 3'' colsons. and a 3/8'' groove.

I think I replied earlier on a topic that we have done some testing with o ring belts and this and the weapon belts are the 2 places we have tested.. Both areas are great with 1/4 inch O rings.. The only thing to watch for is stretching of the belts on the weapons. With some of the high speeds that are turning the Orings get a little warm and tend to stretch after a few weeks.

The drives are great because it is a weight saver and space saver... they work great and set them in 3/8 deep and 5/16 wide....

If you go with a taller tire, set them in deeper so you dont have the chance of getting them cut by sticking up too high between the wheels.

We are redesigning right now and testing on how deep we can go on some 7/8 and 1.5 colsons without damaging the wheels integrity.

I'll let you know what we coma up with within a week or 2..
