So after the Brawl at the mall my axi 4130 outrunner has been making an awful clicking noise when i spin it by hand. I tore it apart and inside one of the magnets has fractured.

its still in tact, and i feel i could glue it back into place. I just don't know if i should.

Do i need a special type of adhesive?

how close to the original placement does it have to be?

the gluing might make it unbalanced, maybe im wrong, but you can definitely buy replacements

we have lots of wound strators, because we have trashed a few of the cans. if there are replacements that makes things so much cheaper for us

Personally, I'd be a little leery over installing a new magnet - after all, you're not going to be certain to find a matching size or matching strength (though most motors are N40, since they're cheaper). It'd almost be easier to swap ALL the magnets at once, that way you're more certain everything will work right, and alignment may be simpler.
