On Mass Effect 2 again - I'm playing through a second time (I'll probably be playing through it for months with different character choices each time), and I should mention that there's an interesting little feature they added to dialog sequences. Basically, it tells you to hit one of two buttons/triggers/etc to "interrupt" the dialog with either a 'paragon' (good) or 'renegade' (evil) action. Without spoiling anything, I attest to you all that many of the 'renegade' interrupts (and a surprising number of 'paragon' interrupts) basically make you into Jack Bauer in Space.

Same here. But having Half Life 2 ported over means I'm that much closer to destroying mac owners in Left 4 Dead Twisted Evil

For those not aware of recent events, copies of Portal 2 purchased on Valve's Steam digital distribution service will unlock early based on a clever Alternate Reality Game (ARG) built into several of the indie titles currently on sale as a part of the "Potato Sack" bundle. Each game has several "potatoes" you can obtain by completing hidden levels added for the ARG. Here's where they all are and how to get them:

I hate bumping old stuff, but I'm stuck doing nothing for 2 weeks while I wait for parts. I'll just ask if anyone has played Halo Anniversary. I have never seen a game so beautiful! Not to mention I would love to build a Scorpion tank combat robot. Yet I'm stuck on Keyes, since either the Flood kill me or I run and die withou ever hitting the stinking checkpoint. Oh well, at least I still have the bandanna skull.

Anyone else with an invitation key to Beta test for WoW's new x-pack?
I got mine yesterday... I'm pretty geeked, I must admit.

I don't play but I've heard that there have been wide spread disconnect problems with the beta.

My coworker was telling me that they were having trouble keeping parties because they would loose someone about every two minutes. Apparently there's too many people with beta keys and they are over loading the servers.

That's about how it was when the betas for cataclysm and diablo were out. Blizzard just tries to do far too much at once and slacks on quality.
