Look at what i got from HobbyKing:

HobbyKing LiPo Dammage 06080110

HobbyKing LiPo Dammage 06080112

2 cells are bad, the others read 3.8V.

Along with this gem came 2 packs with 1 dead cell each, and 7 good packs.

I opened a ticket with HobbyKing but don't have my hopes up. What disturbs me the most is that this pack probably flew like this.

Update:
As expected, HK will be happy to replace the 3 packs if I pay to ship them back to China, which I have no intention of doing.

The question now is whether I should inspect the dead cells in the other two packs for swelling, and force charge them up, or should I replace them with the good cells from the ruptured pack. Any suggestions?

one of them reads 1.7 V
the other reads 0.01 V

put a 2 amp load on the dead lipo cells and try to revive them on the nimh function on the charger if it heats up in less than a minute STOP they wont come back if they maintain voltage and keep climbing up in at least tenths of a volt keep going and watch temps and use a seperate balance card when blast charing on the nimh setting

for lower volt cells its okay to go up to 5 amps but only for about 30 seconds you just want to shock it back to life.

hope this helps
