Cad of Sting WMD's drum

Seeing as everything will probably change for next years drums (top secret bs), here's a SW rendering of Sting WMD's drum as used at bots IQ this year.

Internally balanced by geometry placement....it spun over 40k without any problems.

The somewhat acute angle digs into soft materials very well... Alu, Ti, etc.

Sting Em, with similar tooth shape seemed to get a decent bite on dughi's Ti armor and the arena wall ...lol

Budget permitting, next year will be the year of interchangeable drums spinning at insane speeds...different profiles for different situations.

WMD's drum tooth is no longer a biting tooth (thanks to fluffy's armor and Animosity's blade), more of a whacking tooth....it looked like a beaver knawed on it....with a little profiling, it'll be a great whacking tooth drum but probably just a backup to the latest vapor drums.

I think that next year will be a good year for higher technology based drums.....I believe that ALL of MLEC's 15's will be sporting various drum configurations..wedges will probably be only for special occasions or backup.

or maybe they'll all be fbs's or lifters or horizontals...who knows anymore....
