Cheap decent rc transmitter

i have been recently been looking around for a cheap (around 20 dollars) rc transmitter/receiver combo to use for my kyosho rc car. im not doin anything real fancy with it just looking for something to enjoy the car, does anybody have recommendations as to which kind i should look into, preferably a pistol, i was looking on hobbyking and i found this one:
