| Here's what I got done today-
Weight is 28lbs, 13.4oz with the battery, speed controllers and all the remaining fasteners, leaving 1lb 2.6oz for the top armor, rx and a bit of wire.

| Progress on the safety cage for my practice arena. The next two planned ants should have spinning weapons, so walls are somewhat necessary for safe testing. | |

| internal area is 49"x49", meant to just barely fit over the 4ft square combat area. | |

| Not 100% sure. Gearbox size is a near perfect match for the sparks, motor is just a fair bit shorter. Going by the sticker on the motor it's a size 030, so 2s lipo should be fine, 3s is probably a bit too much. | |

| They look similar to the motors that come in Tetrix (I think that's what it's called) kits... | |

| Gearbox length is a bit too long, (37mm vs 32.5mm) but it's pretty much the same thing. I don't think they'd fit in the Kitbots kit. The Kitbots ones are also 500rpm instead of 1000rpm, so a bit more torque and less speed. | |

| The Kitbots ones are bigger motors. 3 oz each and about 1" diameter with a 4 mm shaft | |

| I didn't have a 2s pack handy, so I tossed a 3s 250mAh pack in there. For the Carolina event it'll be running on 2s. The motors seem decent, though it only weighed 208g for the test, so once you add the drum and all the extra parts that'll probably slow it down a decent amount. | |

| I like that tooth design being reversible. Are you going to use some sort of nut strip to hold all of the armor and frame plates together. | |

| Using the kitbots 3/16" nutstrip to hold it all together.
The split tooth is purely aesthetic. The overall shape of the disk is somewhat skull-like, so I figured I'd give it teeth. | |
