I just got the parts that I couldn't do myself machined by a local company called Sun Hydraulics, who did it for free, which was awesome. Now I just need to pick them up, assemble the robot, wire it up and I'm done. I'll post pictures in about a week. No name for the robot yet.
It has pocketed UHMW sides, 1/16" polycarbonate top and bottom plates, 1/16" 2024 Aluminum weapon supports, and a 6" long 1/8" thick tool steel blade on a 3/8" 7075 shaft. The blade weighs about 3 oz. The weight is looking pretty good so far, but it'll be close with wires and connectors.
