Anyone know what's under the shell?

Only info I've found is on an old team ziggy site and some youtube vids.

I then clicked on the robots link and then the ziggo link. bringing me to this page

been there before I started this thread....don't believe everything you read...

It's true that it ran and did pretty darn well in its day.

Most everything else, is really speculation.

You really need to be careful what to believe in this sport. Alot of teams like to give away fake information to keep there tips and tricks secret.

Speaking of bs, can you share the diameter, weight and/or energy of the drums on your shock bots?

Honestly since im not around as much anymore, i dont remember and couldnt tell you exact numbers but Alex could, plus i know they picked up a bunch of different weapon motors this year and they all have different amp rating and kV/amp.

Last year, shockwave2 ran an axi 2826 at 12 volts, i think its around 1100 rpm with a 5:1 ratio, 3.5in OD, i think?!

i thought it was around 4" and weighed around 4.5 lbs. btw: at 1100 rpm's you woldn't have much energy...lol

im pretty sure it below 4in and theres no way its 4.5lbs i know that, those numbers seem about right for Humdinger tho

watch our matches our drums usually always keep spinning even on big hits
