Battlebot Weapons

I am new to BattleBots and i was wondering:

1. what are some of the weapons
2. what is te best (to you)

for weapons i have so far: Horizontal and vertical blades, flipper, and flame thrower

This forum for battlebots is fairly dead, http://sparc.tools/forum/ is much more active and should help you a good bit.

Also on the orignal topic, my favorite style is horizontal midcutter, but have had the best luck with drum and beaters.
