2010 BotsIQ PA competition

So this year they reworded some things to say that teams in the nine counties will be prefered so that they can allow bloomsburg to compete. So if they can consider allowing bloomsburg to compete why not the rest of you?
I doubt your application will be accepted by why not try? I have talked to the local president and she knows i have alot of contacts with teams across the country sooooo i kind of want to see what happens lol

if i'm at CMU does that count? you're gonna have to help me get involved in the PA scene, cody. I'll let you know when i get settled in so we can meet up somewhere and talk or i can meet the important people that I need to meet in PA battlebots... I can bring regards from nola lol

Carmen Grosse is the name of the lady who runs our local competition. We had our annual banquet/ get together thursday night and while talking to her and another BotsIQ PA she actually had brought up other students expressing an intrest in starting a college clas. I have already talked to her about my intrest in starting a team and i mentioned that someone i knew would be attending CMU and was planning on building a bot, and just the mention of CMU had her impressed lol. As it stands now im not sure if you would be able to compete this coming up year but im sure i could convince her to allow you to beat up some printers
There is also a team up here that competes in NERC to and there talking about having one or two 15 lb competions up here.

haha well beating up printers is kinda fun lol. a 15 lb nerc competition would be good too. I mean, even if i have to build a 12lb bot instead of 15... as long as i get to compete close to school i'll be happy. When the time comes, I'd like to talk to her. :]
