Went to turn the power on and we had and arc in the switch and battery pack got hot.  As we took the top of the wyanchi switch off I noticed the bar has a bend in it, from someone turning it to much, would that cause a hot battery????  what other option do we have for switches, only have a few days???

I don't think that would make your battery hot I would check the battery to make sure its not shorting anywhere. When the whyaci bar gets bent enough it wont turn the bot on.... you can easily bend it back thou. My rule of thumb when turning it on is 360 degrees past the moment its on and 90 degrees for turning it off

we are running two A123's in a pack, and putting 2- packs in ser using harness, we made the packs they charge/balance well

could it be arching and not making a complete cir. because of the bend???

cells came with very thin tabs spot welded on so we solder a pc of wire to connect them? we could not solder to stick so we sent the cells back and they put the tabs on. could the spot weld be causing our problem?
