| Check out this video
Notice that SS has a blue light at the back of the bot
with 10 seconds left in the match the light goes out and SS isn;t moving
Looks like that should have been a knockout to me ??

| you can see the reflection of the clock in the glass it was at exactly 10 when the light went out with human error by the time its realized that he's immobile and the countdown would begin the match wouldve been over before the countdown | |

| There is an unwritten code among builders. If , for example your opponent is stuck on the wall or in a hole in the floor, the sportsman like thing to do is to nudge them back into the game. This also includes iif you are knocked out, you conceed the loss.
If the positions would have been reversed, I would have conceded that we were knocked out. We did it in other fights and took the loss.
It's just the sportsmanlike thing to do. I don't blame the judges at all.
btw: SS was knocked out with 11 seconds left on the clock...
I just feel bad for Mike, cause I sent him to the wolves totally cold and unprepared

I just feel bad for Mike, cause I sent him to the wolves totally cold and unprepared I'd modify the "stuck on a wall" part a bit, as I think it's legit to leave them there if you were the one that put 'em there, but otherwise this is how I drive.

| on the edu side, that would most likely be the case as well
Look at last years Moto battle between PaulV's ntertainment and Zandor....Paul puts Zandor onthe wall and could have coasted to an easy win. His code was such that he nudged Zandor off the wall and ended up losing the match.
You can go strictly by the book, or bty an unwritten code that exists with certain builders.
At Moto, in 1 video I could hear Kyle screaming at me to flip him back over (Sting vs Ripto) I didn;t hear him and was too busy roaming around the arena trying ti figure out why Sting was having problems with the floor.....my bad....but it was my very first fight onthat floor....so I was confused
Sorry Kyle | |
