My students made 5s pack, with balance lead, when I hook up to charger (Hi Tec) I get this message- Battery Vol Err Cell Connect- in the manual-wrong connection of the connector is detected, check connector and cable. If I hook the pack up without the balance lead everything charges fine. any suggestions. sorry a123 cells, meter reads 16.5 volts
